RETURN & REFUND POLICY 


• Return of your purchase can be initiated by writing an email to returns@buyerschowk.com at any time within 3 days from the time of delivery.


• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


• For all returns, BuyersChowk.com would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not.


• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

? Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

? Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery


• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• All our refunds are in the form of store credits which could be used for your future purchases.


Shipping


• To return your product, you should mail your product to: C-151A Mayapuri Phase2, 2nd floor, New Delhi 110064

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


CANCELLATION POLICY


• You can choose to cancel your order any time before the product is shipped from our warehouse.


Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+750a91e55c1c4dbf999ae3eba7fe364e@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
